Journey Today

I had to connect her back to her career; to ground the wire so the current could flow through. Ad I did it! She saw, down inside, that those grandkids and her would bang up that fancy billiards table and that she and her husband would bang themselves up hefting the ping-pong cover. And maybe somewhere she could also see that billiards was a bit of a grown-up game for grandkids as young as hers.

Crystal , you've got to remember your #1 gift is connecting the clients to their dreams! That's always when you feel most alive at work. Always. I need to hone those questioning skills. Dad steers a prospect to ‘yes' in their hearts three times faster than I ever can.

Shelly's way better than me at hooking up the right colors and blending the finished product together. Joni handles the back-end better than I can ever hope to. Vivian has constant ideas; I see the wheels turning inside her head at Bloom Team meetings all the time. And Dana is going to be a better presenter than me; just give her another year.

But girl, you're that bridge. Just need to remember that.

Just wish I could be this jazzed at the end of every work day, Journey.

Goodnight.
